Who is Convivio

Michele

He grew up in Tuscany, where food and hospitality are not services, they are a language spoken at the table every day. He trained in Michelin-starred kitchens and carried that discipline into something warmer, more personal and grounded: cooking which responds to its people. In a Convivio, he prepares, serves, and teaches those who are curious, always adapting. The kitchen is open.

Michael

He is a classically-trained cellist and composer dually rooted in the Bay Area and Europe. He has performed in orchestras and for art exhibitions, led school music programs, and devoted years to learning how to truly listen to what people need. At a Convivio he performs with the room. He follows the energy, accentuates poignant moments, and welcomes opportunities for the unexpected to occur.
